Investment policy
The main scope of activity of the "Investment Crediting
Directorate" Branch "Belarussian Bank of Development
and Reconstruction "Belinvesrbank" JSC is the
financing of real investments by means of crediting and
rendering services of financial leasing with the aim of
renovation and perfection of production facilities of Belarussian
companies.
"Investment Crediting Directorate" Branch "Belarussian
Bank of Development and Reconstruction "Belinvesrbank"
JSC is a particular credit institute on the financial market
of the Republic of Belarus and is specialized in financing
investment projects. More than 54,3 % of all investments
are investment credits. Among our customers are enterprises
of practically all branches and fields of economy of various
forms of ownership.
On the whole credit holdings in investments of the Branch
as for 01.01.2002 account 25,1 billion rubles (EUR 18,1
mln).
At the heart of the Branch activity is rendering assistance
to clients in the financial sphere, participation with the
bank`s capital in investment projects on basis of acceptable
economic and credit risks.
