"Investment Crediting Directorate" is the branch
of "Belarussian bank of development and reconstruction
"Belinvesrbank" JSC, which was created as a result
of reorganization in the form of fusion of "Belbusinessbank"
JSC and "Belarussian Bank of Development" JSC
in accordance with the Decree of the Board of Directors
of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated from
03.09.2001 ¹ 232 and has the reputation of reliable, trustworthy
and profitable financial institution.

JSC has been granted:
- Licence of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
on bank operations ¹ 61 dated September 03rd, 2001;

of Finance of the Republic of Belarus ¹ 5200-125-97 dated
September 14th , 2001 on mediator, commercial and consulting
activity on the Security Market of the Republic of Belarus;
- Licence of the State Committee for Securities of the
Republic of Belarus ¹ 5200-4-570 dated March 16th, 1999
on depository activity on the Security Market of the Republic
of Belarus;

"Investment Crediting Directorate" Branch "Belarussian
Bank of Development and Reconstruction "Belinvesrbank"
JSC is authorized to serve state programs and also to open
accounts to state structures and juridical persons, which
are created on the state form of ownership (the Decree of
the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus and the National
Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated from October 02nd,
1996 ¹ 647/9).
Sport
The Branch supports customers` deposits by means of funds
transfer to Guarantee Fund of protection of deposits of
the natural persons accumulated in the National Bank of
the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic
of Belarus ¹ 4 dated April 20th, 1998, the State assures
safety of customer funds in foreign currency on accounts
and deposits in authorized banks of the republic and "Belinvestbank"
JSC belongs to such banks.
Finances
Equity capital of the "Investment Crediting Directorate"
Branch "Belarussian Bank of Development and Reconstruction
"Belinvesrbank" JSC as for 01.01.2001 amounts
25,7 billion rubles (EUR 18,5 mln).
Established authorized fund of the Branch as for 01.01.2002
is 16,9 billion rubles (EUR 12,1 mln).
The Branch regularly maintains the economic parameters,
determined by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
So, the rate of the capital adequacy as for 01.01.2002 is
51,4 %, the rate of liquidity - 2,2. In such way the Branch
assures reliability and liquidity of the operations with
considerable reserve.
